Most of us who have a few miles on have seen these scare tactics before but perhaps those of you new to the tools Democrats use to discourage cuts in spending, or even the cuts in the increase in spending need be educated.
This explanation gives new meaning to spending like Drunken Sailors. ....although as a former drunken sailor myself, I'd say that's not fair either since I stopped drinking
