Who WasThe Real Che' Guevara?

"In fact, if Christ himself stood in my way, I, like Nietzsche, would not hesitate to squish him like a worm"
--Ernesto 'Che' Guevara

PREAMBLE

I have a shirt I wear on occasion that has Che's mug on on it with a line through his face as in "no Che" ...most people these days (even my age) don't even know who he was and I often get puzzled looks. I've been told by one reader that I use the terms communist and socialist too much to describe the enemies of this Republic. It is not my fault that people are not taught real history. I can't find another descriptive term that works better than Marxist, communist, statist or socialist.

A Statist is one who believes that an elite few should be leading the masses. But those elite few must be so wise that they know who to take money from and who to give it to.....that is wise indeed. A Statist is one who does not believe in private property, everything is publicly (government) owned, and no matter how hard you work, now matter how much money, time blood and sweat you pour out for an idea that came out of your head, it belongs to everyone, and those elites can distribute it, along with any money that comes from it as they see fit...oh yes, and usually they are not even elected to their post...

These statists have such a low opinion of mankind and such a high opinion of their friends in high places that they do not believe people will choose correctly unless they are guided, sometimes peacefully, almost always  eventually ending in violent coercion.

We need people to stand up now, shouting Patrick Henry's famous words "GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH" because those that follow the Statist, will most certainly oblige the latter eventually if we do not.

Capitalism does not have such an inflated opinion of mankind that it does not believe in the rule of law for there will always be law breakers.

CRONYISM; For a country to engage in crony capitalism is also horrible form of government, though not nearly as bad as a violent dictator with the military behind him against his own people (all the while claiming he is for the commoner). If true competition is allowed in an economy it brings more prosperity to more poor and middle class people than any form of government, the American experiment has proven that...millions of times over 200+ years. In other words, the smaller and less control a government has over its own people the more prosperous and free they will be. The opposite is also true.

Non-statists, or real capitalists who hate crony capitalism too do not believe that there is an elite few who should be in charge because all people are created equal, rich, poor, well born or street born. A Republic puts an elite in place of sorts, but they are voted in by the people and can be voted out by those same people. Giving the ultimate power to the people.

Politicians of all types are not smarter than we are, in most cases they are bent on power, not on helping people though there are exceptions. Right now America is hungry for a re-founding. For politicians who are not in it for their career or power, but we have seen precious few in the last 75 years. It is why we have 3 branches of government not a king and why there are laws against monopolies.

However, we also believe that a truly free market can curb excess, bring prices down so the poor and middle class will have a higher standard of living and when jobs are a plenty wages and benefits rise. We only have partial free market in the US thanks to the statists in government here and you can see the damage the statists have done everywhere in the US economy.

You'll find that the vitriolic comments below from anonymous visitors accuse the US of crony capitalism (with no specifics of course) and I believe this too must stop, but most of what they have been taught or learned is propaganda. Only real capitalism that allows for the most freedom and discourages monopolies is the way to provide the most opportunity for all, especially for the poor and middle class.

Currently Ernesto “Che” Guevara is being touted as a man of the people, a revolutionary hero. College students wear his face on their shirts and lefties in this country think he was just swell. I remember some of Barack Obama's campaign HQ photo's with a picture of Che' on the wall. Knowing what Che' did, knowing history I find this sickening.

The real Che' was a communist revolutionary with a bent for blood.., he personally killed people not just because he was at war with freedom and capitalism but because he enjoyed watching people die. It is also important to note that his boss, Fidel Castro...a man touted by people in the Obama administration as "democratic" and someone to be admired is an iron fisted dictator who imprisons or kills anyone he thinks is working against him while his own country remains terribly impoverished and practically third world.

Consider the kind of man Che was. “When you saw the beaming look on Che’s face as the victims were tied to the stake and blasted apart by the firing squad,” a former Cuban political prisoner told this writer, “you saw there was something seriously, seriously wrong with Che Guevara.”
As commander of the la Cabana execution yard, Che often shattered the skull of the condemned man (or boy) by firing the coup de grace himself. When other duties tore him away from his beloved execution yard, he consoled himself by viewing the slaughter. Che’s second-story office in La Cabana had a section of wall torn out so he could watch his darling firing-squads at work.
Romanian journalist Stefan Bacie visited Cuba in early 1959 and was fortunate enough to get an audience with the already quasi-famous Ernesto “Che” Guevara. Upon entering Castro’s chief executioner’s office, Bacie noticed Che motioning him over to the office’s newly constructed window. Bacie got there just in time to hear the command of “Fuego!” and the blast from the firing squad and to see a condemned prisoner crumple and convulse. The stricken journalist immediately left and composed a poem, titled, “I No Longer Sing of Che.” (”I no longer sing of Che any more than I would of Stalin,” go the first lines.)

You may be saying...well these men (women and children) were condemned to die, so what if he did the deed himself.

Then you should know that the only evidence against these people was likely that that they are accused of opposing the Castro regime. Che Guevara’s instructions to his revolutionary courts: “judicial evidence is an archaic bourgeois detail.”

The one genuine accomplishment in Che Guevara’s life was the mass-murder of defenseless innocents. Under his own gun dozens died. Under his orders thousands crumpled. At everything else Che Guevara failed abysmally, even comically.
During his Bolivian “guerrilla” campaign, Che split his forces whereupon they got hopelessly lost and bumbled around, half-starved, half-clothed and half-shod, without any contact with each other for 6 months before being wiped out. They didn’t even have WWII vintage walkie-talkies to communicate and seemed incapable of applying a compass reading to a map. They spent much of the time walking in circles and were usually within a mile of each other. During this blundering they often engaged in ferocious firefights against each other.
“You hate to laugh at anything associated with Che, who murdered so many,” says Felix Rodriguez, the Cuban-American CIA officer who played a key role in tracking him down in Bolivia. “But when it comes to Che as ‘guerrilla’ you simply can’t help but guffaw.”
Che’s genocidal fantasies included a continental reign of Stalinism. And to achieve this ideal he craved “millions of atomic victims” – most of them Americans. “The U.S. is the great enemy of mankind!” raved Ernesto Che Guevara in 1961:
“Against those hyenas there is no option but extermination. We will bring the war to the imperialist enemies’ very home, to his places of work and recreation. The imperialist enemy must feel like a hunted animal wherever he moves. Thus we’ll destroy him! We must keep our hatred against them [the U.S.] alive and fan it to paroxysms!” READ THE REST AT FRONT PAGE MAGAZINE or Cross Posted at American Thinker.
This is the man the left fantasizes is a hero. There must be some Democrats still out there who are not won over by propaganda and lies...there has to be or the communists have won their inside game. Please join the common sense brigade and help us root out all anti-American leftists in this country. They are on the wrong side of history and common sense about everything...always have been. I am not saying that all lefties are wanna be murderers, I am saying that if they are wrong about such simple things, then they can be fooled on just about anything. They give nearly unlimited power to the government when "their guy" is in charge yet few of them acknowledge the fact that "their guy" may not be in power long and someone they don't like will have those same powers. Historical and political ignorance seems to be the most prominent trait of young leftists, the older ones have no excuse.

They hated us then, and they hate us now, but now they are within in greater numbers. They hate freedom, they hate anyone who owns private property, they hate religion, they hate job creators and risk takers.

These far left, out of touch, Che' loving idiots are the crew that is currently calling the shots in the once great Democratic party. You can see them over at The Democratic Underground , the Daily KOS, Think Progress , and many others. Check out this tweet page dedicated to Che' and Democrat policies. These "Progressives" are not the majority in the country who are registered as Democrats but they run the party. Pelosi, Reed and Obama are doing their bidding as much as is possible. How long will people inside the Democratic party put up with it?

And no the R's are not the answer, though I hoped they would be. But they at least know what communism is. Some of them know full well where socialism leads. And to those Republicans who think socialism lite is the way to get along....we are coming for you too.

Che was a total clown and anyone who follows him is a misguided, lost soul desperate for a strong figure to latch onto. All Che had were some brave-sounding quotes, even as "revolutionary" and terrorist he couldn't get it done. Total loser.

I was looking for a che's image and I found this disgusting blog. It is very sad that people like you spend awful lot of time writing hatred pages about someone who spent his time trying to liberate his people from a dictatorship who probably think very much like you. I will an anonymous as well because I dont have the time like you to create acounts.

Sorry I don't believe you...you have a google, or blogger account if you read blogs or use google.

You guys are fucking idiots. You glorify murderers in the armed forces of the united states but condemn a soldier who had to kill in order to free his country from colonialism. Do you even know why he had to execute those he did? I mean can your rich white stupid ass even understand the conditions people in Cuba and all of south America lived in and still live in? You can't because you are just snobby white trash.

Castro might be a dictator but at least Cuba is being led by Cubans for once and not by a puppet government propagated by Americans.

Mr. Bob you are a hypocrite.
I bet you Anything your coward ass supports murder as long as it is in the name of something you believe in, like the shitty ass American flag.
you can't even speak truthfully, i very much doubt you are a man.

There is no such thing as freedom, not even in the United States. In a capitalist system you live in control of force you cannot see, in a communist system you live in control of very obvious forces (the state).

This is not about communism or Capitalism it is a bout the fact that the countries in south america should be controlled by the people that live there and they should not spend their lives in meager labor in serviitude of an american backed government that extracts the wealth of their lands.

Mr. bob you are the only idiot here. Maybe if you could think outside of your narrow mind you could grow a little as a person. I very much doubt you have morals such as killing is bad (people with your argument rarely d0) you just use these things to try to attack people views.

I don't have a Google account but you can e-mail me at duennis@hotmail.com you coward piece of shit I'm waiting for a response.

Most of what you believe about Che is a total fabrication. While every human being may have some redeeming quality, he did not fight for freedom and whatever you think about the US (and its many flaws) it is free, and I can start my own business anytime and anywhere I want (with some exceptions). I am free to believe what I want, worship how I want and say what I want with the only exceptiong being violent speech. I am not going to get in a tit for tat argument with you, you obviously have your mind made up but I will say that you do not know me, because I am not a coward, though as a young man I was.
Your flippant use of the term "murder" says a lot about you. There is a difference between murder (executing prisoners of war for example)and combat.
The fact that you believe being under the thumb of dictator is better than being free as long as he is the right race also draws the main difference between you and an American.
Give me liberty or give me death.

I am not going to send you a personal email, you are not really worth my time but if you email me, i will answer you. My email address is in my profile.

No one has killed as many people as the Central Intelligence Agency, or the United States Military Industrial Complex. If these establishments did not exist, violence would be decreased at an alarming rate. That is all :)

btw - im posting anonymous because i dont want to sign up for an account on this site

Dear Anonymous coward,
no specifics in your post (like there was in mine) of course just huge sweeping inuendo which is where the far left socialist/communist/statist lives. Inuendo, falsehoods and fear based on lies that is where you live. I feel sorry for you that you don't believe in the ability of mankind to make themselves better by being free.

You can't argue facts because they are not on your side.
Central and South America's problem is not American interferance trying to steal your money, it is corrupt leaders trying to control the people.
See who is fighting the growth of middle class...there is your enemy.
Give me liberty or give me death.

--Che was killed by Cuba (Castro), not fighting "for Cuba." He was expendable. Think "purged."
--Latifundios, essentially privately owned provinces--one of which was most of Texas and Coahila--kept most people from owning land in any form. Europe had that system on a smaller scale, but gave the tenants more rights. The U.S. and Texas had homesteading (the Texas program was more generous than the U.S. one). Meaningful land reform never came to Latin America.
--Property rights, where the rule of law is more powerful than connections or social position, is another area where Latin America has failed. That makes land reform virtually worthless.
--The Soviets promised "land and bread," exploiting the land problem in Russia and the diversion of food to the military and ruling class. They kept the land and produced no bread. Cuba has never delivered on either promise. (Better to rule in hell?)
