Alternative Schools - Colorado Democrats want control

While some inside and of course outside the system see a deep need for reform, noted Charter School hater Representative Sue Windels of Arvada wants to regulate online schools which she believes are for "lazy" children.

So the moral of the story is...yes our educational system needs a deep overhaul but don't stray too far from what has proven itself to NOT work. Keeping the status quo is the Democrat mantra.

This Article in the Rocky is I believe one-sided and provides no challenge to the assertion that there is no accountability for online schools. This is not true. The parents are accountable to follow the rules set forth by the state just as home school parents are accountable.

Windels is just showing her colors....publicly controlled education, no options....her religious preference.
